What appears in My Projects
For most people, the Projects list shows:- Projects you own in the current workspace
- Projects in the current workspace that you have joined as a member
Workspace admin view
Workspace administrators can choose between:- My Projects for Projects they own or have joined
- All Projects for every Project listed in the current workspace
Open a Project from a link
A Project link only opens when your current workspace and Project access match the Project. If Athena says the Project is unavailable:- Check the workspace name beside the Athena logo.
- Switch to the workspace named in the invitation or notification.
- Open the Project link again.
- If the Project is still unavailable, ask an Owner or Manager to confirm your membership.
Access follows your Project role
Once you can open a Project, your role determines what you can do:- Read access lets you review Project content.
- Edit access lets you change Project content.
- Manage access also lets you administer members and sharing.
- Owner access includes ownership transfer and Project deletion.
