Use Athena’s meeting-assistant flow when you want a conversation captured for later review.

Before you begin

Have the meeting link ready, and decide which Project should receive the meeting notes after processing. You can assign the notes later if you are not ready to choose a Project.

Invite Athena

  1. Open the relevant Project and start a conversation with Athena.
  2. Ask Athena to join the meeting.
  3. Provide the meeting link and the scheduled meeting time when Athena asks for them.
  4. Confirm the meeting details and submit the invitation.
  5. Start or join the meeting as usual.
Athena joins the scheduled call as a meeting participant. After the meeting ends, the recording and transcript are processed and the meeting appears in Meeting Recordings.

During the meeting

Run the meeting normally. Make sure participants know that the meeting is being recorded and follow your organization’s consent and recording practices.

After the meeting

Open Meeting Recordings to find the captured conversation. You can:
  • Watch the recording when it is available
  • Read the raw transcript
  • Review the generated meeting notes
  • Rename the meeting
  • Assign the notes to one or more Projects
Processing is not always immediate. If the meeting is not ready yet, return to the list later and check its status.

Choose a Project later

You do not need to decide on a Project before the meeting. Keep the meeting in your recordings workspace, review the notes, and use Assign meeting notes to a Project when the notes are ready.
