Assign meeting notes after you have reviewed the generated draft. Assignment adds the saved notes to a Project’s knowledge so Athena can use them in future Project conversations.

Assign notes from Meeting Recordings

  1. Open Meeting Recordings.
  2. Find the meeting you want to share.
  3. Select Assign Project.
  4. Search for a Project by name.
  5. Select one or more Projects.
  6. Choose Save.
You can also open a meeting and manage its Project assignments from there when that control is available. The meeting list shows the Projects currently receiving each meeting’s notes. A meeting can be assigned to more than one Project.

Which Projects can you choose?

The assignment dialog shows the Projects where you have permission to edit content. If a Project is missing, ask a Project owner or another authorized member to update the assignment.

Remove or change an assignment

Open Assign Project, clear a selected Project, and choose Save. You can select a different set of Projects at any time. Removing an assignment stops that Project from receiving future updates to the meeting notes. It does not delete the meeting from your Meeting Recordings workspace.

What becomes Project knowledge?

Assignment shares the saved generated meeting notes with the selected Project. The meeting’s recording and raw transcript remain in the meeting workspace; they are not automatically added as Project Sources. Project members can use the assigned notes as context for Athena. If the notes contain sensitive or off-topic information, edit and save them before assigning them.

Keep assigned notes current

After you save edits to assigned notes or regenerate them, Athena updates the copies associated with the assigned Projects. Search and Project context may take a little time to reflect an update. If you no longer have permission to edit an assigned Project, update the assignments before saving or regenerating the notes.
