Athena can answer a question, create something new, modify existing Project content, or use a specialized tool. Say which one you want so the Assistant does not have to infer your intent.

Ask for an answer

Use a question when you want analysis or information and do not want to change the Project. Examples:
  • “What are the main risks in this solution?”
  • “Which customer assumptions should we test first?”
  • “Summarize the evidence in the Project Sources.”
Athena responds in the chat. The question itself does not update Project content.

Ask Athena to create something

Use create, draft, or generate when you want new work. Examples:
  • “Create five test cards for the riskiest assumptions.”
  • “Draft a governance structure for this initiative.”
  • “Generate a presentation for a program-lead audience.”
Be explicit about the format, audience, and what the new work should be based on. Athena may show a confirmation or proposed action before creating the work.

Ask Athena to modify existing content

Use update, revise, or change when you want to keep the existing Project item but change its content. Examples:
  • “Update the Project solution to reflect the new partnership model.”
  • “Revise the first section of the Business Model Canvas.”
  • “Rename this Project to match the updated focus.”
For changes to Project content, Athena presents the proposed update for review. You can edit the proposed fields when available, then accept or reject the change.

Ask Athena to use a specialized tool

Use the name of the tool and describe the result you want. Examples:
  • “Use the Value Proposition Canvas to compare our offer for two customer groups.”
  • “Use the Environment Scan to organize the external forces affecting this Project.”
  • “Use Test Cards to turn these assumptions into experiments.”
Specialized tools may create a new artifact or propose an update to one that already exists. Treat the result as work to review, not as a replacement for your own judgment.
